Yuvi ruled out for sunday's game

Yuvraj sustained a cruciate ligament injury when he took a sharp u-turn while playing ko-kho, a traditional Indian game, at the Punjab Cricket Academy (PCA) Ground. He immediately fell to the ground and held his left knee in pain. He was escorted to the dressing-room, where an ice-pack was applied to the area below the left knee after which he was taken to a local hospital for diagnostic tests. Yuvraj will now head to Mumbai to meet Anant Joshi, the Indian board's orthopedic surgeon.

The team played seven stones before the game against West Indies. That obviuosly didn't work out very well. So they seem to have decided to try Kho-Kho before the game against Australia. Team-bonding exercises, I guess. India would definitely miss the services of Yuvi, who was slowly working himself into some sort of form after a bad start to the season. Kaif would probably be his immediate replacement.
